I'm sure that these are going to readily available "later this year", just like this 28 core: https://www.extremetech.com/computing/270841-intels-28-core-5ghz-monstrosity-isnt-exactly-a-standard-consumer-part

The cooler is sold separately, but it's not available in the US as that particular model is not eligible for import due to EPA regulations. Which is saddening because I wanted one.
