For that to happen, Qualcomm need to get their head out of their arse and stop trying to bundle modems with everything. A 5G modem is an expensive waste of space for 99% of laptop users, who want to use their laptop on WiFi... And the other 1% can tether to their phone.
Hopefully their Nuvia core can turn things around, but so far every laptop part from QC has been overpriced and underwhelming.
