If you define "OOP language" as a language that doesn't give you a choice and forces you to use OOP (e.g. Java); then it would be reasonable to claim C++ is a multi-paradigm language and not an OOP language.
In other words, it's at least theoretically possible that (from cqwrteur's perspective) cqwrteur is correct and merely struggles to clearly articulate the reason (which on its own, without the "attacking" writing style, would be forgivable given that English isn't the primary language for the majority of the world's population).
