that's not how it works. They are a contracted manufacturer, it does not constitute a sale or publication of the technology. Like your argument is effectively that you can't have 3rd party consultants with knowledge of the invention... It doesn't work like that. By your argument, using the web version of word would be 'publishing' the documentation.
