I believe the only thing AMD has confirmed is that Bergamo has the same ISA support as Genoa does. There were documents stolen in the Gigabyte leak last year which more or less confirmed it. AMD up to this point hasn't done any kind of ISA segmentation so I wouldn't expect that to change.
