Zen 4 ECC

Just did a search, none of the stores around me (or even further away) have any W680 boards. Amazon doesn't list any. I managed to find three listings on eBay for one Supermicro board, which is fairly expensive.

I only recall Supermicro announcing that they're making W680. Dunno about other vendors, but maybe availability will improve over time.

So not sure about "slight" advantage, but at present, for me, W680 is harder to find than Xeon boards.
