In GPUs, sure. They move considerable core volume in automotive (renesas r-car for instance) and low-end Android. Their IP is even in a PRC-market dGPU, Innosilicon Fantasy.
I have seen nothing to suggest their RV foray is anything special, but I'm willing to be proven wrong.
