I have century link and can see RTW. Centurylink is not VPN freindly.

RWT resolves to an AWS IP, AWS has very good connectivity, everywhere, and direct peering with CenturyLink in multiple places, but without more details its hard to provide any meaningful level of clue, as CenturyLink is in 36 states and the connectivity will vary across those.
