Skimming over the new SVE2 stuff:
- SVE2p1 addresses a number of issues/weaknesses of SVE2, such as predicate conversion, adding intra-lane TBL/TBX etc
- there's reference to a SVE2GF feature, but nothing tagged to use it?
- a number of instructions mention "predicate-as-counter" - any explanation for what this is?
