That is interesting wording you chose here. The way you say it makes it sound like SPEC is misused as a marketing trick which shows performance that will in reality never be obtained. I don't think that is what you mean however. :-)
Do you have any reasonable guestimates how much power Montecito would be able to draw without being artificially limited to 130W (IIRC that is the max power intel specified for I2, right?).
