I think your accusations are weak. Architectural performance
is a matter of big stretches and benchmark fabrications,
so it will be impossible to prove anything, especially
with a "completely rational" jury.

How about Intel's "preposterous" demonstrations of
35nm, 15nm, and 10nm "transistors", with explicit drum
beating about perpetual "Moore's Law", which implies that
they are promising to fabricate multi-million-transistor
chips in that feature sizes? Of course, truly rational
people would ask for any "official proof", that Intel
never officially stated this, and connecting the dots
is my pure irrational aberration. I think this would
be a much bigger fish to fry for a fried investor's
community :-)
