From the article: "The initial implementation is depicted below in Figure 2 [PA-1682M System on a Chip] and is expected to ship in the third quarter of 2006. It is implemented in a 65nm process and is expected to run at 2GHz, using up to 1.1V and dissipating 25W maximum and 13W typical."

Is it expected to sample or to ship in Q3 2006? According to this PR the PA-1682M will ship later.
