Hey, good show, and here's waiting for the third cleaned-
up one.

In the meantime, a few corrections:

- the 21064 is called the 20164 the first time around
(googling for that shows that it's not the first time
it has happened, but I think the 20164 was an ethernet
chip, and I'm fairly sure that all alpha's were 21xxx)

- as Paul already pointed out, the 21164 information is
wrong. It has the die size and the process information
not from the 21164, but from the later shrink, aka the
21164A, aka EV56. But the release date and frequency
comes from the original .5um version.

I think it also has the L3 cache details wrong. The
AlphaStation 600 5/266 (which is apparently what the
SpecInt numbers are for) had a 2MB external L3 cache,
not a 4MB one. Of course, it was external, so maybe
there existed 4M versions too..

Nitpicking, I know.
