Hi Everyone,
I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to let you know, I just wrapped up a nice article on Intel's newly announced 45nm process.
Intel is the first manufacturer to implement high-k gate dielectrics and metal gate electrodes. More impressive is that the first samples not only booted fine, but were operational at ~2GHz for a reasonable period of time.

Read more to find out, and as always questions are welcome.
Regards,
David
