In English there is Information Technology (my undergraduate degree was a double-major in Computer Science and Information Technology), Computer Engineering, and Informatics. But these are all just parts of a broad field and none can substitute for the term "Computer Science".
Many institutions that call their course "Computer Science" could probably get away with just using one of those labels because that's all they're really teaching, but that doesn't mean that all courses fit into that category.
