Double compare-and-exchange

So there are two "forms" of the double CAS: the one that
operates on two contiguous words, and the one that can work
with two different addresses. x86 (and many others) have
the former, almost nobody has the latter (I think some of
the more obscure versions of the m68k had it).

You can have other variations on a theme. For example, you
may want to check two words, but only update one of
them, and again you might have the "two address" or "single
address, double-sized data" versions of that. I think IA64
has a version of that.
