My last company skiped DL180 because of the chipset (ok, because of it's low memory capacity too), it looks like more a desktop chipset than a server one, maybe an option for a very low end servers...
And it's not just HP, Sun simpels doesn't have those very low end server so no 5100, there is no dual socket rack with 5100 from Dell same for IBM.
