smaller but better I_on/I_off

A big step, but is it a one time improvement or will there be new materials in the future?
Since 130nm the SRAM got smaller but the logic not to the same degree, also the power consumtion did not go down as much as traditional scaling rules would imply, this time it looks like there will be some significant improvement beyond size.
Power density might go down or clockrate up.
32nm is a node worth looking forword too.
